Muito boa a resenha Felipe. Conforme eu lia, lembrava da época em que o album saiu, os clipes bombando no Yo!, e quando, finalmente em 97, ganhei o album (em 94 só semi-ricos tinham CD player).
É redundante dizer aqui tambem o quanto esse albúm é bom. Destaco a última faixa, Suicidal Thoughts, onde Biggie manda os punch lines mais sombrios da história do rap.
"I reach my peak / I cant Speak / Call my nigga Cheek / Tell him that my will is weak ..." Toda vez que ouço essa faixa fico arrepiado.
É muito importante resgatar os clássicos e a história. Legal ver a molecada se interessando mais a fundo pelo gênero, mas é mais importante, ainda, eles conhecerem os pilares do rap. Ready to Die estará pra sempre na história do Hip Hop.
